If you would like to delete your PlanUmma account and request deletion of your associated PlanUmma data, you can submit an account deletion request using our support form.

How to request deletion

Please submit a request through our PlanUmma Support Form and title it “Account Deletion” as the reason for your request.

When submitting your request, please provide the email address associated with your PlanUmma account so that we can identify the correct account.

What will be deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete your PlanUmma account and the personal data associated with it, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.

This may include data associated with your use of PlanUmma, such as:

  • Tasks and recurring tasks
  • Notes and associated images
  • Reflection entries
  • Mood tracker data
  • Account information associated with your PlanUmma account

Google Drive data

If you use Google Drive Sync, data stored in your Google Drive may require separate handling. Account deletion will not automatically mean that all files stored in your personal Google Drive are deleted unless PlanUmma is specifically designed to remove those files as part of the account deletion process.

We recommend confirming with PlanUmma Support if you have used Google Drive Sync and want your synced PlanUmma data removed as part of your deletion request.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting your PlanUmma account does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately through Google Play.

Processing your request

We will review and process your deletion request and will contact you if we need additional information to verify the request.

Some information may be retained where required by law, for legitimate legal purposes, or where necessary to maintain records of transactions.
